Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Crvvi, then tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
- Install Crvvi from the App Store on the new device.
- Open Crvvi and tap the Settings tab.
- Tap the Subscription row, then tap Restore Purchases.
Sign in with Apple from the Settings tab if you also want your recipes and meal plans to follow you to the new device.
My Kroger cart didn't update — what should I do?
- In Crvvi, open Settings and confirm your Kroger account is connected.
- If it is, email us with the date, store, and the recipes you tried to send.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at the address above with the subject "Delete my data". We will permanently remove every record tied to your account within 7 days and confirm by reply.
I'm being charged but I can't use Pro features.
Open Crvvi → Settings tab → Subscription row → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve it within a minute or two, email us with your Apple ID order number and we'll fix it manually.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Crvvi is iOS-only for now. We'll announce when Android lands.
